Biking is Easier than Ever in Madison

Montreal's rental bikes modeled by Le Jacqueline

I went to Montreal last summer and loved the city as I always do. Something new I noticed were stands of rental bikes at various strategic places around the city. How convenient, urban and cool. Wish we could be so cool.

It seems we are cool! Madison now has rental bikes at key spots around town! I first saw them at Tenney Park.

Have you, too,  noticed the bike racks, full of shiny new bikes appearing around town? Thanks to a new program called B-cycle, you don’t have to own a bike to be able to ride one. B-cycle is an urban bike-sharing program. There are a total of 350 bikes at 35 different stations in Madison. The bikes were donated by Trek Bicycle.
